We understand that times can be tough, that's why we offer a flat rate shipping of $15.00 for all orders. If you spend over $250.00 on product you will receive FREE domestic shipping.
Standard Delivery is 2-10 business days.
DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
Please allow 2 business days after the date of purchase for dispatch of your order. We do not operate on New South Wales public holidays, and consequently public holiday closures may impact shipping times.
TRACKING
Once you order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive tracking information to your email or Auspost app. Please follow the progress of your package via this link.
Please be aware once an order leaves us, we have no control over shipping timeframes and delays.
If you have concerns regarding the progress of your page through the Auspost network, please contact Australia Post directly.
DUTIES AND TAXES
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, Ippico Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information on duties and taxes payable in your country. Our prices are not inclusive of duties and taxes.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Ippico Equestrian will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by the freight service used to deliver your order. Please contact the delivery partner responsible for delivering your order to make a claim.
Due to the uncertainty in the USA, Ippico Equestrian has ceased shipping to that country for the time being.
