When you purchase one of these kits, you have the choice of a bespoke horse print case, or a black hard case. Both have leather logo badges and synthetic leather strap. Our hard cases also have an internal zipper for storage of all those little bits and pieces.

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Please allow 2 business days after the date of purchase for dispatch of your order. We do not operate on New South Wales public holidays, and consequently public holiday closures may impact shipping times.

TRACKING

Once you order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive tracking information to your email or Auspost app. Please follow the progress of your package via this link.

Please be aware once an order leaves us, we have no control over shipping timeframes and delays.

If you have concerns regarding the progress of your page through the Auspost network, please contact Australia Post directly.

Ippico Equestrian will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by the freight service used to deliver your order. Please contact the delivery partner responsible for delivering your order to make a claim.

Due to the uncertainty in the USA, Ippico Equestrian has ceased shipping to that country for the time being.
